Set of 4 3D printed steel slabs for use as wagon loads or steel industry scenery on model railway layouts.
Steel slabs are a common way of transporting steel from steel mills to processing facilities and other customers. They can travel by rail, road, and sea. It usual to load the slabs on to flat wagon when transporting by rail, limiting them to only a few per wagon due to their weight.
Slabs are available in 5m, 7m, and 9m (16ft, 23ft, and 30ft) lengths, which represent the range of sizes seen in modern UK rail transport. All slabs have a width of 1.4m (5ft) and depth of 0.25m (10in).
