A resin 3D printed scale model gear that is mounted in a wooden frame for transporting on a railway wagon. Something a little different to use as a wagon load.
It comes as two pieces, the gear and the mount. This is to make sure you can access all sides of the gear for painting. The gear will need to be glued in place once painted.
In OO, the base of the gear mount measures 25mm by 37mm and when mounted the gear reaches 43mm tall. In N, the base of the gear mount measures 13mm by 19mm and when mounted, the gear measures 22mm tall.
At full size the gear and mount would measure 1.9m by 2.8m and 3.26m tall.
