A single 3D printed, resin, scale model of a copper roof ventilator that were produced by Ewarts & Sons Ltd in the late 19th century. These were commonly seen on the roof ridges of mills and other industrial buildings from this time. They were made entirely from copper and would turn a green-blue colour over time.
This model represents the 'Design S', although it doesn't have the finial - that is a little too small for us in the smaller gauges.
At full scale the base on this roof vent measures 24 inches square, and the vent is about 6ft tall.
